How to make an order

You are on our website and you have chosen your favourite bike. Now you will be able to follow the full order process step by step. If you are doubtful or just have questions before placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail through the contact form. You can now follow your order per email. Our team will take charge of your requests and get back to you immediately. On request you will get a phone call from our team. Please, just fill out our request form.

Once you have successfully completed your order, you can now select the payment option. You can pay by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.

When your payment is accepted, we get an email with all your details to be reviewed by our employees.  We will send you an e-mail with the order confirmation. Once all the details are reviewed, you will get the order number as well as the invoice within 24 hours.

Your bike will be assembled, adjusted and will be ready for the shipment. The day your bike is shipped you will receive an email with the shipping/tracking number, so you can now follow the status of your order at all times.

All orders are properly packaged for shipment and sent through our logistic partners. Along with the bicycle, you will receive all important documents, such us owner's manual, warranty and frame number. Please make sure to keep all these documents, just in case you have to make use of the warranty.

Once you receive your bike just adjust the handlebars, assemble the front wheel and screw in the pedals. Before you get on your bike, check if all screws are tight and that the bike is in proper condition. The instructions for use and safety by the manufacturer should be always followed.
