Fun on the mountain and off-road for everyone

With your Hardtail mountainbike you will discover the most beautiful trails of the surrounding area. This robust piece of technology takes you safely uphill and downhill. A sporty drive through the woods and fields, over rough and smooth, becomes a pleasure with a hardtail. You don't worry about the underground. The wide tyres swallow any unevenness with ease. Depending on your preferences and body size, choose either 27.5 "or 29" tire size. The manufacturers Cube, Ghost and Scott have also built hardtails especially for women. This makes it much more comfortable for ladies to sit on their bikes.

Less is more: The Hardtail MTB

This sentence hits the bull's eye of the hardtail mountainbike fans. Without the rear suspension (hence Hardtail = "hard rear"), the manufacturers succeed in constructing these mountainbikes in lightweight construction. Every gram counts on the mountain! But there are many other reasons that speak for "less". If something is not there, it costs nothing and certainly does not break.

That means:

  • Hardtail bikes are usually lighter than fully suspended mountainbikes
  • Hardtail MTB are cheaper than the colleagues with the additional rear suspension, the so-called Fullys.
  • Without the spring-loaded rear swingarm, a hardtail is more robust than a fully.
