We are still working for our customers

Customer Service

Our entire team is there for you to continue to provide the best service and answer all your questions. Unfortunately, restrictions in availability and longer processing times cannot be avoided. We therefore ask you to be patient if the answer to your question takes longer than you are used to.

Delivery times

Due to the high volume of orders, we are currently also experiencing delivery delays. Since every bicycle is assembled before shipping, it can take about 10 working days until delivery.

Online sale

Online orders are processed in the usual quality. Our telephone advisors will help you to find the right bike and will be happy to answer all your questions regarding your order. If you have any questions regarding the handling of your order, we are also here to help you.

Due to the current situation, we can currently only be reached to a limited extent by telephone.

Sale in the bike center

In our bike center in Schwäbisch Hall we are looking forward to welcoming you during the regular opening hours. Please plan a little bit more time for your visit, as we can only advise a limited number of customers. You are also welcome to arrange a consultation outside the opening hours, please use the contact form.

Click & Collect

The capacity utilisation of our assembly department also affects the our local bike shop, so that delivery times of approx. 10 working days must be taken into account here as well. You can find more information here.

Repair service

Our repair service in our bike center in Schwäbisch Hall is open as usual and ready for your needs. Make an appointment in advance by phone or e-mail, because even "small things" cannot be repaired as usual in a short time.
