29 inch and Fully - is that possible?

For a long time, the combination of full suspension and 29 inch tyres was considered problematic. The large wheels, in combination with a lot of suspension travel, were difficult to control. By adapting the frame geometry and using special suspension forks, these initial problems were completely eliminated. The current fullys easily combine the damping characteristics with the outstanding smoothness of the 29ers. This offers incomparable riding comfort. Overcoming obstacles and covering long distances are child's play thanks to the large wheel circumference. Reaching high speeds is also one of the top features of the 29er wheel. Compared to 26" or 27.5" tyres, however, you have to make sacrifices in terms of agility, which is particularly noticeable on extreme downhill adventures. Safety, stability and durability play a major role both off-road and on longer tours and contribute significantly to a positive riding experience. Especially for beginners or less experienced riders, the 29" wheels are a good start into the world of cycling. The size of the wheel forgives one or two riding mistakes, especially in the beginning, and requires less energy input to maintain the extremely high final speeds. Due to their excellent rolling performance and good grip, they are considered absolute all-rounders for a wide range of uses.

To round off all the advantages of 29er tyres, the suspension travel to be selected can be individually adjusted to the various requirements in order to increase riding comfort to a maximum. For particularly demanding terrain, a suspension travel of at least 140mm to 150mm should be considered in order to be able to handle even stronger impacts comfortably. If you feel more comfortable on firmer ground and also enjoy longer tours, a suspension travel of approx. 100mm to 120mm is recommended.

The heart of the motor

For the perfect drive, the E-MTB Fully is equipped with a torque of 60 Nm to a maximum of 75 Nm. This in combination with a powerful motor from e.g. Bosch or Shimano offers you full power. In the latter case, the Bosch Performance Line CX motor is usually used, which impresses with a progressive eMTB mode, very good performance data and special software. The extremely powerful battery with capacities from 500Wh to 625Wh ensures even more endurance and full utilisation of the additional energy. The drive system is usually elegantly integrated into the frame, which is mainly made of aluminium or carbon. On the one hand, this ensures protection against impacts and on the other hand, a harmonious look.

In combination with first-class four-piston brakes and 180mm to 200mm brake discs, nothing stands in the way of a safe riding experience. An e-fully is the best choice for everyone who wants to spend time in nature in a sporty way. For all those who want to do something for their own health in an environmentally friendly and emission-free way and who are perhaps looking for an alternative to the car in some situations. The change is worthwhile in all areas and is inspiring more and more drivers.
