Three German cyclo-cross championship titles on the CUBE Cross Race C:62

The German Cross Country Championships were held on the first weekend in October in Kehl am Rhein in Baden-Württemberg, on the French border with Strasbourg.

On Saturday afternoon, 18-year-old Fabian Eder surprisingly secured the gold medal in only his third cross-country race and thus the German championship title in the junior class.

In the women’s race, only 15-time German champion Elisabeth Brandau was faster than Judith Krahl. Judith rode a concentrated race right from the start and was able to quickly pull away from her fellow competitors. Thus, Judith successfully defended her title in the U23 women’s class and in the end also won the overall Bundesliga ranking 2020/21.
