This weekend showed what Cube truly stands for: team spirit, passion, and total dedication. Whether on asphalt, gravel or volcanic rock – our athletes gave it their all. And you can feel it in every single result.

Triathlon: Lucy Charles-Barclay triumphs in Lanzarote

A race that gets under your skin: at the legendary Ironman Lanzarote, Lucy Charles-Barclay showed what she’s made of. From the very first minute, she dominated the race, undeterred by heat, wind, and the grueling course – and on the bike, she pulled away from everyone with impressive power. After 9:17:15, she crossed the finish line – exhausted, overwhelmed, but most importantly: as the winner. With this victory, she secures her spot at the World Championships in Hawaii. What a comeback. What an athlete!

Downhill – World Cup in Bielsko-Biala: battling through snow and mud


The Polish World Cup wasn’t just a race – it was a fight for survival against the elements. Rain, snow, slippery trails – but the Cube Factory Racing Team held strong. Max Hartenstern took on huge risk and showed incredible control, racing to an impressive 8th place. Jess Blewitt, starting her first race back after injury, showed courage and battled her way to 13th place. And our junior talents? Kasper Hickman surprised with a fantastic 6th place in the junior category, while Rosa Zierl confidently secured 5th place among the junior women. Young fighters proving just how much they’ve got to give!

Enduro – Cube Actionteam stronger than ever

In the second round of the Enduro World Cup, the Cube Actionteam shone with team spirit and top performances. Simona Kuchynkova delivered a gutsy race, finishing 8th and climbing to 4th overall. Zakarias Johansen came in 13th, now sitting 7th overall. Fredi Matz picked up more valuable points – earning the team 2nd place in the day’s standings and securing their spot on the overall podium. A true statement performance!

Cross-Country – Raw emotion in Heubach

Heubach: a traditional race packed with emotion. Technically demanding, physically brutal. And still – the Cube Factory Racing Team delivered. Kira Böhm claimed a strong 5th place among the elite women, while Ella Maclean-Howell pushed hard in the final sprint to take 3rd place in the U23 category.

A particularly emotional highlight came from rising talent Marusa Tereza Serkezi: with determination and heart, she took victory in the junior women’s race – and put a smile on every team member’s face.

Road cycling: Intermarché-Wanty inspires with passion

At the prestigious Rund um Köln, Biniam Girmay showed his true fighting spirit – a thrilling sprint finish earned him a well-deserved 2nd place and big applause from the crowd.

And at the Giro d’Italia? Taco van der Hoorn rode with heart: part of a breakaway group, he gave everything, leading for kilometers on end – and was only caught just before the finish line. A perfect example of the relentless effort and passion that Intermarché-Wanty brings to every race.
