Customers from Switzerland

As a Swiss customer (main residence in Switzerland) you do not pay German VAT.
The minimum order value for deliveries to Switzerland is 599,- €

Delivery directly to Switzerland:

  1. You can order from us via the shop or by phone
  2. You will receive the invoice without VAT
  3. We automatically receive the export certificate for your bike from the shipping company

Please note:

The import tax of 7.7 %, the provision of capital approx. 5.- CHF. DA-TAX fee approx. 25.- CHF and the cash on delivery fee of approx. 25.- CHF, depending on the value of the consignment, must be paid by the customer.

The capital provision fees are fees that the freight forwarder is allowed to charge for additional services and expenses according to the tariff for groupage freight forwarding, as of 01 October 2005. The freight forwarder is not a contractual partner of the buyer and therefore does not enter into the business relationship. The capitalisation fees are therefore to be borne by the buyer.

The Datax fees are administrative fees charged by freight forwarders for the use of out-of-pocket expenses in connection with the creation of orders via the freight forwarder's IT system.

Delivery to Germany or you can collect the bike from us yourself

  1. You pay the amount including German VAT
  2. When exporting, you have the invoice  stamped by German customs (export stamp)
  3. Fill  out this service form
  4. Send us the original invoice (with customs stamp) and the service form by post
  5. We will refund the VAT to the account specified in the form

Please note:The goods must be exported within three months of purchase. You keep the Swiss customs fee receipts. You do not have to send these. The exporter of the goods must be the same person whose name appears on the invoice.
