From the order up to the delivery

1. Order

You have selected all the products you desire to order. If you have any questions, comments or need help before the order, please contact us by e-Mail or telephone. We also have a customer service.Usually the order is made on our web site or by e-mail, so you have the guarantee that all the information provided is correct.

If necessary, you can modify all the information provided before sending us your order. Please check all your data on the last order page, before you send the order to Mhw-Bike.com.

We need your height at the order, so that we can determine the right frame size and avoid choosing a wrong size.

2. Confirmation

An order acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to you immediately with a corresponding confirmation number after submitting your order. In this email you will find all further information about the payment method as well as the delivery.

3. Delivery

You will receive your order safely packed in a special cardboard box via DHL or GLS. Shipping overseas is carried out by transport agency. All the important documents are enclosed to the order, as for example user guides, additional papers and the assembly plan with your corresponding frame number.

4. Tips for bicycle orders:

All bicycles are assembled and adjusted directly by our professionals at MHW Bike-House. Upon receiving your new bike, you will only have to adjust the handlebar, assemble the front wheel and tighten the pedals. Follow the instructions and security tips of the respective manufacturer.
