The secret is hidden under the easy-grip dust cap: the tube of the pump contains a hose that can be pulled out and screwed onto AV/SV valves to make them airtight. The flexible hose offers sufficient leeway when pumping up to 5 bar. This is not only easy on the valve, but also on the arm muscles.
